Single Button Operation
The single-button operation simplifies the operation of the instrument and significantly reduces time spent training. The instruments settings are protected from accidental change in the field. If the instrument needs to be reconfigured, the IR connectivity kit provides a simple software interface.

Intelliflash
The Intelliflash enhances on-site safety by providing a clear visual indication of current operation to both the user and supervisor. When enabled, the green LED flashes to provide continuous visual confirmation that the detector is operating correctly. The red LED flashes in conjuction with an audible alarm and vibration alert when an alarm has been detected.

Field Bump Test
Regulations require gas monitors to be bump tested on a regular basis in order to check the functionality of the instrument and sensors. BW has intergrated a simple forced bump test functionality into the design of this instrument, helping to ensure that BW Gas Alert Micro Clip XT is always fully maintained and ready to detect gases.

The GasAlert MicroClip XT is fully compatible with BW MicroDock II automatic test and calibration system.

Replacement for obsolete model GasAlert MicroClip.

Large Display
The large LCD simultaneously displays up to four real-time gas concentrations along with unit of measure and gas type. Clear icons indicate the current instruments status, whilst the heartbeat icon verifies that the detector is functioning. The fan icon confirms that the pump is functioning.

Integrated Pump
Sampling atmospheres with the reliable, integrated pump featuring SmartSample pump technology. The pump inlet comes equipped with a quick-connect fitting for easy accessory attachment. Particulate and moisture filters prevent dust and moisture from entering the pump.

During operation, the sensor cover directs the pumped air over the sensors while the sensor vents allow the air to escape. The pump will automatically shut off if the cover is removed. Without the sensor cover the detector operates in a diffusion mode.

Battery
Powered by a rechargeable battery pack that provides runtime for an entire 13 hour shift, the compact GasAlertMax XT II comes with standard event logging and datalogging.

The BW GasAlert Max XT II is fully compatible with the MicroDock II automated test and calibration system.

Large Display
The BW Gas Alert Quattro features a larger LCD display with easy to identify icons that indicate operational information, such as bump test and calibration status for simplified onsite auditing. A large heart icon pulses continually during normal operation to indicate that the instrument and environment is OK.

Improved Sensors
BW has rigorously investigated all the sensors available on the open market and selected the best sensors for reliability and overall performance. With over 10 billion field hours the Surecell range of sensors meets customer demands for improved sensor design.

The low battery alarm is the most common alarm to be activated on any gas monitor. BW has changed the audible alarm to allow the user to identify that the battery is low and to distinguish from a safety alarm.
